We know "stay focus" and we are never stranger to persistence. When we meet obstacles down the road we tend to be provoked by how things actually like to hiccups when we desperately need smooth to come along although we know they never choose the time to come but how we make them appear.
According to Rhonda (the very popular author of The Secrets), we are the one responsible in attracting problems. Who would be so crazy to ask for problems? Look no further because I realized and agreed to her explanation too.
To be more precise, we did not intentionally ask problems to come but unintentionally invited them to be at present. How so? First, we fear something bad will happen when we are gliding smoothly; or secondly, we simply got so used to having smooth process in doing things until we become ignorant about appreciation in things and beings and/or remain the humility in seeing things.
Whether it is your over-worried or your ignorance, both also act like the spotlight over our head to become the target of problems.
Problems such as relationship, family, financial, career, health etc are so much of different people's concern. But remember one thing: Try practice compassion when problems arise.
One thing we can do about it is to confront the problems, and do two things: (1) examine past actions to find the core; (2) go look for solution, and move on.
What about the emotion part? Sit down and quiet the mind. The fact is we cannot make problems go away simply by frowning or throwing our anger.
Don't we know what we need to know and what we need to do? Yes of course!
Isn't it normal to have bad day? Definitely.
But somehow we need to be reminded that bad mood only steal away the fresh air. It is okay for not telling but do allow the emotion to be expressed or being put away from heart by all means.
I hope you feel better soon...
The strongest oak tree of the forest is not the one that is protected from the storm and hidden from the sun. It's the one that stands in the open where it is compelled to STRUGGLE for its existence against the winds and rains and the scorching sun. ~by Napoleon Hill
